About Roulie
Roulie is an independent third-party website for discovering and organising Roblox experiences. Roulie is not Roblox, is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation and is not endorsed by Roblox. Roblox names, experience information and other third-party material belong to their respective owners.
Who may use Roulie
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Roulie account. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission. Do not use Roulie if using the service would be unlawful for you.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and recovery email secure, and tell Roulie promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account. Your username must follow the displayed rules and must not impersonate another person or organisation. Usernames are unique; display names do not need to be unique.
You are responsible for activity through your account unless it occurred because Roulie failed to use reasonable care. You may not sell, transfer, share or automate accounts to evade security, moderation or feature limits.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You must not harass or threaten people; expose private information; impersonate others; exploit children; submit deliberately false reports; manipulate votes, rankings, follows or recommendations; use bots or multiple accounts to bypass restrictions; probe private systems; distribute malware; or interfere with Roulie’s security or availability.
Do not infringe copyright, trade marks or other rights. Reports must relate to information or behaviour Roulie can review. In-game conduct, Roblox chat, cheating and problems inside an experience should be reported to Roblox.
Your profile and submissions
You keep ownership of original content you submit, such as a bio or report explanation. You give Roulie a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service. This ends when the content is deleted, except for protected copies or records reasonably needed for security, moderation, legal obligations or disputes.
You must have the right to submit your content and must not include private credentials or another person’s sensitive information. Roulie may remove, restrict or preserve content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or the law.
Discovery and community signals
Recommendations, Hidden Gems rows, rankings and search results use available catalogue, activity and community information. They are discovery tools, not guarantees of quality, safety, accuracy or continued availability. Player counts and Roblox metadata can change or be delayed. Roulie votes are separate from Roblox’s own ratings.
Paid promotion, if introduced, will be clearly identified and will not purchase organic rankings, community votes or reviews.
Third-party games and links
Roulie does not own or operate Roblox experiences. Choosing Play Game or following a third-party link takes you to a service governed by its own terms, privacy policy, safety systems and availability. Roulie is not responsible for gameplay, purchases, chat, user-generated content or conduct inside Roblox, but may remove or correct a Roulie listing where appropriate.
Moderation and account action
Roulie may investigate suspected breaches and may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban an account where proportionate. A report is reviewed in context and does not automatically prove that a rule was broken.
You may appeal eligible action through Moderation Appeals. Evading an active restriction may result in further action. Roulie may act immediately where necessary to protect users, comply with law or secure the service.
Ending your account
You may request deletion in Settings. The profile becomes inactive and a 30-day cancellation period begins before permanent deletion is processed. Limited security, moderation, fraud-prevention or legal records may remain where necessary, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
Roulie may change, suspend or discontinue features as the service is maintained and improved. We aim to provide a stable and secure service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every catalogue item is complete. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Promotions and payments
Creator campaigns are subject to Roulie review and the Creator Promotion Terms. Approved campaigns must be paid within the stated payment window before delivery is scheduled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Changes, questions and disputes
Roulie may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and the revised date displayed. Questions can be submitted through Contact Roulie or emailed to support@roulie.co.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before its courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or right to bring a claim elsewhere that applicable law gives you.
