Creator Promotion Terms

Promotion eligibility
If you act for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so. A promoted experience does not have to be owned by you, but you must have the right to submit the campaign material and must not falsely claim affiliation with its creator.
Review and eligibility
Roulie reviews every campaign before payment. Approval is not guaranteed and may be refused for safety, quality, legal or operational reasons. Approval of a promotion does not publish an unpublished game, endorse it, or affect moderation priority.
Approval and payment
An approved campaign must be paid within seven days. If payment is not completed, approval expires, reserved dates are released and the campaign moves to the archive. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Roulie does not receive your complete card details.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before Roulie approval. Once payment is completed, self-service cancellation is unavailable. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Roulie may issue a full or partial refund when it cancels or cannot deliver the agreed campaign. Refunds and payment disputes stop unfinished delivery, and resolved disputes require deliberate Roulie review before any paused delivery resumes.
Dates, budgets and delivery
Campaigns use the approved date range, daily budget and total budget shown before payment. Impression estimates are forecasts, not guaranteed results. Delivery may vary with eligible traffic, safety controls and available billboard inventory, but charges cannot exceed the paid campaign budget.
Measurement
A valid impression requires at least half of the promoted billboard to remain visible for two continuous seconds. Repeated or invalid activity is excluded. A link click is counted when the promoted Roblox destination is deliberately opened from the billboard or its attributed game card. Creator analytics are aggregate and do not identify individual viewers.
Paid placement
Promotions appear only in Roulie’s labelled Hidden Gems billboard. Payment cannot purchase Top 10 or Hidden Gems eligibility, organic ranking, votes, reviews, recommendations or moderation priority. Campaign selection and pacing are controlled by Roulie’s server-side fairness and budget rules, not by a sponsor’s access to user data.
Sponsor responsibility
You are responsible for accurate campaign information, lawful use of submitted material and the experience being promoted. Do not promote unlawful, deceptive, unsafe or age-inappropriate material. Roulie may pause or remove a campaign while a safety, payment or legal concern is reviewed.
Problems and complaints
Campaign questions should be submitted through Contact Roulie or emailed to support@roulie.co. Include the campaign and account details needed to investigate, but never send card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
