Moderation Appeals
Last updated 5 September 2026
What an appeal is for
An appeal asks Roulie to review a moderation decision you believe was mistaken, disproportionate or based on incomplete information. It does not automatically reverse the original decision.
What to include
Provide your Roulie username, the decision you are appealing, the approximate date and a short factual explanation. Include only information needed to understand the decision.
Protect your account
Never include your password, verification code, recovery link, email verification link or secret keys. Roulie should not need those credentials to review an appeal.
How appeals are considered
Roulie considers the information available and whether the original action was reasonable. A decision may be upheld, changed or reversed. Records may be retained where necessary for safety, accountability and future appeals.
Misuse
Repeated identical submissions, threats, harassment or attempts to bypass a decision through additional accounts may be restricted. A concise appeal with relevant context is more useful than sending the same request repeatedly.
Submit an appeal
Open Contact Roulie, choose Account appeal, and enter your Roulie username and an email address associated with that account. Support submissions are rate-limited and delivered privately to Roulie Support.
